Job Description
Greater Manchester Probation Service is strengthening its Health & Justice partnership offer to deliver whole-system change through effective collaboration and evidenced outcomes. The GM Health & Justice Partnership Co‐Ordinator will play a key role in connecting probation with health and social care partners to reduce health inequalities, support safer sentence management, and improve continuity of care across the custody‐to‐community journey.
