Job Description
Anchor Academy is a therapeutic day school that specializes in trauma-informed services for students ages 10-22 with complex trauma histories, mental health issues, educational challenges, and/or behavioral difficulties.
Requirements
- Carry a caseload of 3-4 students and provide individual counseling through the ARC model and trauma-informed lens
- Work with students toward their individualized IEP/treatment goals and track progress
- Co-lead psychoeducational clinical groups
- Collaborate with students, school districts, caregivers and community providers
- Provide in-the-moment crisis management when needed
- Complete all documentation related to case management, IEP development and data tracking
