Job Description
We are seeking a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Clinician to join our team. As a FIT Clinician, you will work with youth and families to improve mental health concerns and strengthen family structure and support.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum Master’s degree or above in the mental health field, must be licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Ability to create and implement treatment/service plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s background
- Proven ability to form therapeutic relationships with people from different backgrounds
- Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule and to participate in an on-call schedule
- Knowledge of or ability to learn electronic medical record software and basic computer functions including the Microsoft Suite
- Clinical experience with children/adolescents is required and familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills are necessary
- Must have daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License
