In-Home Behavioral Services Therapist will collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed care to youth exhibiting challenging behaviors, implement home and community-based behavioral interventions, and partner with Behavioral Monitors to coach and model interventions.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field is required
- A minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems
- Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families
- Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population
- Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required
