Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Life Skills Coach (Part-time) at Evolution Independent Living (IL) to provide case management to youth and teach them life skills such as driving, budgeting, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with older youth and young adults in a mental health setting and trauma-informed care is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
- Must have general computer skills and strong financial literacy skills
