We are looking for a Master's Level Clinician/Therapist to join our team at the Susan Wayne Center of Excellence. In this position, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of residents and develop interdisciplinary treatment plans. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in individual, group and family therapy and assessment with adolescents and experience in residential program or mental health in-patient program preferred.
- Knowledge in child and adolescent development required.
- Experience and/or training in work with populations impacted by traumatic stress, mental and behavioral health challenges, and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Experience in case management, systems of care, and record keeping preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Able to work alone in an unsupervised environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
- Ability to be certified in BCC and in American Red Cross CPR/First Aid.
