Overnight Residential Counselor

We are looking for an Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Swansea Wood School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents. As an Overnight Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and therapeutic community, supporting students in developing life skills, and role modeling effective coping strategies.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
• Available to work holidays, weekend shifts as required
