Job Description
Journey Home is seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor to provide 24-hour comprehensive care to adolescents in a trauma-informed care setting. The ideal candidate will be able to convey their passion for helping others and bring a dynamic team approach to working with clients. The position involves working Thursday to Saturday nights from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, with the opportunity for overtime and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students
- Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required
- Available to work holidays, weekend shifts as required
