Overnight Residential Supervisor

Overnight Residential Supervisor role at Swansea Wood School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents with a focus on trauma-informed care. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team and ensure program safety and compliance while working with students.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Group home, residential program or mental health facility experience required
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
