Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our dynamic team at The Merrimack Center, an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents. The successful candidate will be able to convey their passion for helping others while working with students in a trauma-informed care environment. The position involves providing enriching daily activities, supporting students in developing life skills, and creating a safe and therapeutic community.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
- Background and driving record checks will be performed
