We are looking for a Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Staff to join our Community Based Services division. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their passion for helping others while working with our youth, delivering community-based services and fostering positive relationships with external agencies, families, and other parties involved.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- A Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred, or an Associate’s degree in the same field is acceptable; or Community Health Worker Certification
- A minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families in need of behavioral management to address mental health concerns or specific target populations
- Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
