Business Controller (Credit & Collections)

Justified is a rapidly growing scale-up seeking a Business Controller with knowledge of credit & collections to take over, professionalize, and expand this area. As Business Controller, you will be responsible for the financial area, with a combination of execution, analysis, and optimization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance (ideally in credit & collections, audit, controlling, or a similar context)
• Combines a hands-on mentality with strong analytical insight
• Experience with factoring and cash flow processes, financial analysis, and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Thinks process-oriented and sees where optimization is possible
• Can translate financial data into clear insights and advice
