Job Description
Justified is a fast-growing scale-up seeking a Business Controller with knowledge of credit & collections to professionalize and expand the financial operations. As a key role, the Business Controller will be responsible for financial area execution, analysis, and optimization, taking ownership of financial operations and building structures and processes to enable finance to grow into a fully-fledged department.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in finance (ideally in credit & collections, audit, controlling, or a similar context.)
- Combines hands-on mentality with strong analytical insight
- Experience with factoring and cash flow processes, financial analysis and reporting, and budgeting and forecasting
- Thinks process-oriented and sees where optimization is possible
- Translates financial data into clear insights and advice
- Works accurately, structured, and independently
