Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a commercial insurance sales or service role
• Active Resident P&C Producer license in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to assess a business's risk profile and recommend appropriate commercial coverage solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Genuine passion for sales and a track record of building lasting, trust-based client relationships
