Director, Corporate Accounting

Justworks is seeking a Director, Corporate Accounting to lead the controllership function through our next phase of scale, complexity, and global expansion. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or controllership role, and a CPA certification.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or controllership role
• CPA certification
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and accounting operations
• Strong experience in AP, T&E, and cash reconciliations
• Experience leading international teams and multi-entity accounting structures
• Strong systems orientation — NetSuite, FloQast, and experience with close acceleration tools a plus
