Job Description
The ESOL Instructor will plan and implement English classes to improve employees' language and career building skills, and assist them to grow within their organization. The instructor will develop and modify contextualized curriculum and daily lesson plans, deliver training, evaluate progress, and track outcomes.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of ESOL teaching experience with adults
- BS or BA in Education or related field
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills
