Volunteer & Intern Engagement Manager

JVS is seeking a Volunteer & Intern Engagement Manager to oversee volunteer and intern recruitment and placement efforts. The Manager will lead outreach efforts, build partnerships, and implement strategic engagement efforts to support a diverse volunteer community.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in related field, preferred—volunteer management/human resources/HR recruiting/job placement
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and database management
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with in-person work required on Wednesdays and Thursdays
