Job Description
Are you an ambitious store manager who gets energy from team development and achieving targets? As an Assistant Store Manager at JYSK, you have an important role in the success of our store. You coach and motivate your team to achieve goals! We offer an informal work atmosphere, cool training, and many opportunities to grow to Store Manager.
Requirements
- MBO work/level of thinking
- At least 1 year of work experience in Retail
- Experience with leadership (coaching colleagues, conversations about absenteeism and performance)
- Fluent Dutch and some knowledge of the English language
