Are you ready for a leading role in Logistics working across Distribution Centres in 8 countries? JYSK is looking for a Product Owner with People Lead who can set direction, make priorities, and ensure that people, processes and solutions move forward together.
Requirements
- Set and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Logistics strategy
- Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to maximize business value and impact
- Lead, coach and develop your team toward strong performance and engagement
- Act as the connecting link between strategy, operations and IT
- Engage stakeholders and ensure smooth change adoption across countries and DCs
- Enable high-quality delivery by making timely decisions and setting clear direction
- Drive refinement and alignment to ensure shared understanding across teams
