Seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician II to join our team and serve clients in the Columbus, Ohio area, with a focus on expertly configuring and programming devices, overseeing system commissioning, and delivering comprehensive customer training.
Requirements
- Execute all Level I installer roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Exhibit a deep understanding of project scopes and service expectations
- Assume leadership responsibilities and mentor Level 1 installers
- Establish and maintain regular and effective communication channels
