Requirements
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Organize team-building events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive inclusive workplace.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into company culture.
- Work closely with department heads to create role-specific onboarding plans.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage onboarding
