Mitarbeiter*in in der Servicezentrale (m/w/d), Reservation & Guest Service

We are looking for an employee in the Service Center – Reservation & Guest Service. You will process booking requests, provide guests with competent support, and coordinate workflows in the background smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for guests, property owners, and colleagues – professionally, solution-oriented, and friendly.

Requirements

• Training as hotel professional, hotel salesman or professional experience in the accommodation industry
• Quereinsteiger with organizational talent and strong service orientation
• Structured, professional communication – written and oral
• Secure handling of booking systems or the motivation to quickly get started
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks parallel and remain focused
• Basic understanding of key figures or willingness to get started
• Willingness to work on individual weekends/holidays
