Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: completed a nurse practitioner program, nationally certified, and authorized by the Board of Nursing
- Physician Assistant: completed an accredited graduate level college, acquired (or acquiring) board or certificate requirements, and able to perform advanced medical functions and certain medical acts
- ACLS certification preferred
