Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our team at Kabam. The Commercial Counsel will support Kabam with commercial transactions across various business groups and provide proactive and practical counsel on a broad range of legal and business issues related to Kabam's interactive entertainment business.
Requirements
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage corporate and business governance processes
- Develop and manage organizational policies, frameworks and processes to ensure internal compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and business rules
- Manage and respond to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and examination
- Support business partners with legal questions and guidance
- Identify and evaluate potential risks to the company
- Set and prioritize risk tolerance based on company's business objectives
- Manage Intellectual Property
- Approve wire transfer and cheque payments
