HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will serve as the primary contact for general HR related issues and questions, while also providing support and guidance to corporate and operations leadership teams.

Requirements

• Advises hiring managers on new employee selection for all field positions
• Provides guidance and problem solving in Group Benefits Administration
• Works closely with management and employees to build effective working relationships, improve retention and strengthen morale
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, to managers at all levels
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and advising management on disciplinary action
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and compliance related to employment practices
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation, while assisting in driving improvements to HR policies, practices and processes
• Assists with managing progressive disciplinary process and approvals
