You can expect up to €120,000 in annual salary – depending on the store size and your performance, your annual salary will be between €50,000 and €120,000.

We'll teach you about mattresses and box springs! Even without furniture experience, you're welcome here.

Your Future Tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our store from the store floor, actively and close to the customer.
• Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team with enthusiasm and passion.
• Responsibility for sales, budget, and results of your store lies with you.
• Active sales and customer advice, as well as proximity to the customer, are your focus.
• Delegate, organize, and always think solution-oriented.

Your Profile:

Sales is your passion. You're a sales talent, and excellent customer service is at the top of your list.

You have experience in retail, ideally from the consultative segment.

You see yourself as a leader who takes responsibility and always has an ear for employees. While you don't lose sight of key performance indicators and goals, you contribute to our economic success.

You have a well-groomed appearance and convince through good taste.

You are accustomed to independent and self-responsible work and possess the necessary entrepreneurial thinking to successfully manage a location based on business economic key figures. Your strengths include motivation and assertiveness.
