- Several years of experience in operational personnel work
- Experience with HR software (Personio or rexx systems)
- Secure knowledge of labor, social, and contract law
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Routine in dealing with DATEV Lodas and experience in internal salary and salary processing (nice to have)
- Active recruiting experience through networks like Xing and LinkedIn (nice to have)
