As an Industrial Presales Engineer, you will manage customer orders, support delivery of industrial products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers and execution of customer orders
- Proactive customer communication regarding order status and delivery progress
- Close collaboration with internal teams, including B2B Sales, Retail Network, Order Flow & Supply Chain, Product Management, Lighting Department, Purchasing, and the Industrial Solutions & e-Mobility BU
- Communication and negotiation with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms and ensure efficient order fulfillment
