Associate Director, Program Management

We are seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to join our team at Kailera. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program and project forward, oversee project plans, and identify potential risks. Must have experience managing drug development projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of drug development and biotech functions integration
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects, late-stage drug development experience preferred
• Demonstrated project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
