Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry experience or experience in a related hospitality or customer service environment
• An Associate’s Degree, or equivalent from a college or technical school
• Familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, evictions, Fair Housing, and associate safety
• Strong foundation in financials and ability to accurately calculate figures such as concessions, late fees, prorated rates, etc.
• High attention to detail
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to serve
