Operations Analyst Intern

As an Operations Analyst Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to how data, processes, and performance metrics drive decision-making across a growing multifamily organization. You'll assist with collecting and organizing operational data, support tracking of key performance indicators, and help analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data in spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Able and willing to work the required schedule for the duration of the internship
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the past 12 months
