Job Description
As a Recruiting Intern at Kairoi, you'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, and recruiting strategy while supporting the company's growing portfolio and corporate teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Finance, Real Estate Finance, or related.
- Strong interest in analytics, storytelling, branding, or client experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
