Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance responsibilities, responding to resident maintenance requests, and ensuring that vacant apartment homes are made ready for new residents.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in apartment home repair
- EPA and HVAC certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
