Job Description
Service Technician role involves responding to resident maintenance requests, ensuring vacant apartment homes are ready for new residents, and performing community maintenance functions. The position is a stepping stone to becoming a Service Manager, with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in apartment home repair
- General carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, and mechanical and equipment repairs
- EPA and HVAC certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality
