Kairos Power is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager with a strong background in Revit to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for our diverse civil structures projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging Revit for structural modeling while possessing a comprehensive understanding of the broader civil infrastructure digital toolkit.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's BIM strategy
- Champion the adoption of BIM technologies across all civil engineering disciplines
- Establish and manage a Common Data Environment (CDE) for all project information
- Oversee the BIM process on multiple civil structures projects
- Develop and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination using federated models
- Manage and lead clash detection and resolution meetings
- Serve as the in-house expert for Revit Structure
- Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive library of standardized Revit families and content
- Provide expert support on other key software
- Mentor project teams on best practices for Revit modeling
- Supervise and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and modelers
- Develop and deliver customized training programs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet the required level of accuracy, detail, and quality
- Conduct regular, rigorous quality control reviews of Revit models and associated documentation
- Stay current with the latest versions of Revit, industry add-ins, and emerging BIM technologies and standards
