Government Relations Officer

The Government Relations Officer will serve as Kaizen AMS's primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and municipal departments, staying updated on UAE property and utility regulations, and maintaining a centralized Government Relations Register.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, or a similar role within property management or real estate
• Strong knowledge of UAE property, utility, and municipal regulations relevant to Kaizen AMS operations
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret regulations and assess operational impact on Kaizen AMS teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
