Project Accountant (Remote)

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Accountant to join their team in a remote capacity to oversee and maintain the financial health of various property management projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting or related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to project management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
