Job Description
We are Kaizen Gaming, a diverse team of 2,700+ employees from 40+ nationalities. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee high-net-worth customers in the Canadian market, building relationships and providing personalized experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or other relevant fields
- Work experience in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent command of English
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing world-class service to our valued customers
