We are seeking an experienced in-house Legal Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while supporting cross-functional teams.

Requirements

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department or in the technology sector
A law degree formally recognized in Greece
A Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in commercial law, corporate law, technology law, international trade/transactions law, or contract law
An active license to practice law in Greece and active membership in the Athens Bar Association or another recognized Bar Association in Greece
Proven experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, technology contracts (including software licensing and SaaS agreements)
Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
Familiarity with regulations on new technologies, intellectual property law
Comfort with using technology, including AI applications
Proven organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage simultaneous high demanding projects to meet business objectives
Ability to work both collaboratively as a team member and independently, taking full ownership of workload to manage deadlines
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
