Job Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm with a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice, is seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Associate to join their growing Northern California team.
Requirements
- Represent clients in patent and trade secrets disputes from case inception through trial.
- Prepare and argue motions, take/defend depositions, and manage discovery.
- Contribute to inter partes review (IPR) petitions and proceedings before the USPTO.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on case strategy.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
