Multi-Media Specialist (Skill Level 2)

We are seeking a Multi-Media Specialist (Skill Level 2) to lead the planning, creation, and delivery of multimedia products that support communication and training initiatives within a secure government environment.

Requirements

• Plan, design, and produce multimedia materials, including photography, illustration, and motion-based content.
• Develop and integrate 2D and 3D graphics, animations, and interactive elements across multiple delivery formats.
• Produce artwork, layouts, and designs for print, electronic media, and exhibit displays.
• Create and edit video and audio content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Apple Final Cut.
• Recommend and implement multimedia solutions for the Sponsor's communication and marketing campaigns.
• Operate and maintain multimedia production and post-production equipment.
• Hold a high school diploma and a minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience in multimedia design and production, including at least two (2) years within the last five (5) using Adobe Premiere Pro and one (1) of the following: After Effects or Apple Final Cut.
