Job Description
Kaizen Approach is seeking a Software Engineer (SWE) to develop and enhance complex software systems. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing and coding new software, debugging, and ensuring integration with hardware and databases. The SWE will work independently or as part of a team, leveraging COTS and GOTS products, providing system design input and recommending new technologies.
Requirements
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications.
- Design and code new software to add features, implement algorithms, and ensure performance constraints.
- Debug and modify existing software to correct defects, adapt to hardware, or improve performance.
- Develop data queries and database interfaces for existing and proposed databases.
- Serve as a technical lead for software development teams, selecting and guiding processes and monitoring team performance.
- Write or review documentation and software solutions, and recommend new technologies.
