Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to ensure system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and changes are well defined and appropriately implemented. This includes analysis of business requirements, troubleshooting, and coordination of resolution of problems and issues with mission critical applications.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of systems / applications experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience learning business processes
- Experience in implementing Supply Chain Management including Warehouse and Transportation Management - Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting problem solving and analytical skills
