Senior Full Stack Engineer - Core UX (New York)

Kalepa is a commercial insurance startup that is upending the trillion-dollar industry by using AI to empower underwriters to make smarter decisions. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to refine existing product functionality and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Track record of improving and polishing functionalities to bring premium user experience
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving
• Experience with modern FE framework (preferably React)
• Knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, or Python
• Experience with serverless technologies, asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL)
• Experience with LLMs/generative AI and distributed systems (bonus)
