Kalepa is a venture-backed startup building AI for the insurance industry. We are seeking a technically-focused Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for major product areas of our core platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience building Enterprise SaaS products
• First principles thinking to break down complex user needs
• Leading cross-functional teams and clearly communicating workflows
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Data-driven approach combining quantitative and qualitative insights
