Senior Product Manager

Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the Product team and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa's core platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ building Enterprise SaaS products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience building Enterprise SaaS products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate workflows and user needs for stakeholders
• First principles thinking to break down complex user needs
• Data-driven and adept at combining quantitative and qualitative insights
• Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and product innovation
• Experience building and releasing a major product end to end, or significantly scaling an existing product (optional)
