Senior People Partner - Tech

Kambi is looking for a Senior People Partner to join its People Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation during a period of growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / Senior People Partner, ideally supporting tech or engineering leaders, and a proven track record in leading change initiatives and driving organisational design.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / Senior People Partner, ideally supporting tech or engineering leaders
• Proven track record in leading change initiatives and driving organisational design
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust at senior levels
• Deep knowledge of Swedish employment law; additional country experience is a bonus
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands‐on operational execution
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision‐making skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
