The role involves building tools and automation to support different teams, providing technical support, diagnosing issues, and integrating third-party systems.

Requirements

• Build internal tools and automation to support different teams
• Provide technical support for tools, dashboards, and systems
• Diagnose issues, coordinate fixes, and support operators
• Create and maintain monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, and health checks
• Troubleshoot applications and servers, perform root cause analysis, and handle escalations
• Integrate third-party systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Puppet, scripts, and cloud services
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and process improvements
