Assistant, Summer Middle School

The summer assistant will provide assistance to the program staff members to implement and achieve the program goals and objectives. Provides additional support and supervision to the program participants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, counselors, and school administrators
• Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office software programs
• Ability and desire to work with students toward accomplishing their educational goals
• Manage small and large groups of students in and around the classroom
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and school administrators and work collaboratively as a team
• Organize tasks and manage time to meet many varied deadlines
