We are seeking a dynamic, full-stack digital marketer who can fuel growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should thrive on building, testing, and optimizing strategies across performance marketing, content, and social media, with a deep commitment to owning results.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
- Experience across performance marketing, content, and social media is required
- Background in digital marketing agencies or fintech/startup environments is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Experience with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Experience managing full-funnel campaigns and optimizing CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Working knowledge of AI tools (GPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing systems
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
